Even more need to be frugal
My road to downsizing is not as easy as I had hoped it would be. It's taking longer to throw off the shakles of a full time job, big house and big mortgage. We've put the house on the market and should have done that an age ago but we've finally done it. We're looking at little cottages and have found one with an allotment garden and open fires so we can get a wood burner. Oh for the simple life. I just want to live out in the country, in the quiet and listen to birds singing. watch this space for new recipes and photos.

I'm watching this space but you don't post very often. Must be something to do with being a busy teacher.... :)
We are both in education too and would like to move out into the country with a field or enormous garden. Can't seem to find anything we can afford but would really like to hear more about your journey.
