Day Two of our low cost holiday

Hello Dear Reader,

I'll apologise now for any typing errors; I'm using DB's iPad and it's hopeless for blogger. The app is best suited for the iPhone and not this device. All the photos are at the end.......sorry.

We've been bike riding and walking today. We take time to just sit, chat and make the most of the moment.There's time to cook breakfast; there's time for lunch. It's really windy here today, so we've found shelter from wind and it's quite warm enough to sit outside and read.

I've included a photo of our camp kitchen, which you can see is basic but quite adequate. I've noticed that French mobile homes don't have ovens, hence we bring our mini oven from home. They also don't have kettles, but do have a coffee maker.

We came across a WW2 bunker today, you've got to admire German builders as, to this day, it's indestructible.

Another photo is of our camp kitchen lunch; tortellini bought in Lidl at home and brought with us and salad which we bought here. just another way that we keep down the costs of our holiday. We're out again later so you'll get another instalment later.
